As a registered apprenticeship training provider in the UK, we are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our training programmes. Therefore we collect information about applicants’ national identity, ethnicity, religion, sex, and gender identity to help us ensure that our programmes are accessible to all and that we meet our legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010. This data allows us to monitor and improve our recruitment processes, identify and address any barriers to participation, and provide appropriate support to all learners. All information is treated confidentially and used solely for reporting and improvement purposes in line with data protection regulations.
The information that we collect from you may include your:
Personal information (which may include but is not limited to: name, address, email address, telephone number(s), date of birth, National Insurance number, Photo ID, address and proof of address)
Employment information (which may include but is not limited to: employer company information including name, address, policies and proof of insurance, employer & practice manager contact information, employee number, DBS certification, employment contract terms such as hours of employment, employment start date and probation period)
Other Demographic information (which may include but is not limited to: preferred pronouns, national identity, ethnic group, religion, sex and gender identity)
Education information (which may include but is not limited to: qualifications and experience, Unique Learner Number (ULN) information, information regarding learning difficulties and reasonable adjustments, disabilities and details of Off-The-Job (OTJ) training for apprentices). We may also use the Government's Learning Records Service (LRS), noting the LRS privacy policy terms)
Details Of Membership (which may include but is not limited to: study details, test scores, exam results, DNA ID number, login, exam dates, course progress, membership dates and deadlines)
Details Of Membership may be given to your employer or prospective employer.
Payment information is not held by us for any longer than it takes to process your transaction. Payment information is retained securely by our card processor, Opayo (formerly known as SagePay), to maintain legally required payment details.
In order to make sure our website is the best that it can be for those using it, we may also collect details of your IP address when you are using it. This helps us to know what browser and device our customers are using.
We use Google Analytics on this website. Google Analytics uses a set of cookies to collect information and report site usage statistics without personally identifying individual visitors to Google. ‘_ga’, the main cookie used by Google Analytics, enables a service to distinguish one visitor from another and lasts for 2 years.
